AI processing and translation notice

What is sent
Workplace titles, report text, meeting notes, instructions, comments, and other text that requires translation or drafting may be sent to the OpenAI API. Passwords and authentication credentials are not sent.
Why and how
The purpose is to translate workplace content among Korean, English, Indonesian, and Chinese and to assist authorized workplace drafting. Processing occurs on SURA's server; OpenAI does not receive your SURA sign-in password.
Your choice
You are asked to agree before using the authenticated application. If you do not agree, choose logout and contact your administrator for an alternative work process. Avoid entering sensitive personal information unless it is required for the report.
Provider and transfer
OpenAI, L.L.C. may process the submitted text outside Indonesia solely to provide the API service under its applicable data-processing and security terms.
